Associate VPJitender is a Chartered Accountant and an integral part of the EIVA team for the past 10+ years. His vast expertise in Financial Modelling, Due diligence, Transaction Structuring, Debt Syndication, and Fundraising, along with long-lasting relationships with the marquee investors, makes him a key member of our M&A and Structured Finance team.
VEDIKA SINGH
Associate VPVedika has an MBA in Finance and a specialization in Investment Banking and Capital Markets from IIM Calcutta. She brings a deep understanding of financial strategy and market dynamics. Her experience as an Equity Research Analyst across diverse sectors equips her with sharp analytical skills and industry-specific insights.
AMULYA NIGAM
Associate VPAmulya is an MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode with a commerce background and diverse experience across M&A, corporate strategy, and financial advisory. She has worked with Deloitte India and BLS International, leading strategic initiatives and assessing acquisition opportunities. With strong analytical skills, she brings hands-on expertise in deal execution, valuation, and due diligence.
AYUSHI MITTAL
AssociateAyushi is a Chartered Accountant and graduated from Delhi University. She brings in expertise in early stage Investments across various sectors. Her experience of dealing with startup due diligence and Investments makes her a key member of the startup fundraising team.
AKSHYIT KAPOOR
AssociateAkshyit is a BSc. Economics and Finance graduate from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and have cleared CFA Level 1. With a strong background as a Corporate Finance Analyst, he brings extensive experience across various industries, including Healthcare, Recycling, Consumer Products and Capital Goods, to name a few.

He has hands-on experience in transaction support, capital markets research, financial analysis, and business development, with exposure to deal execution, valuation analysis, and strategic advisory assignments.
